i don't know why it's called the Bryant st barrier because its under the freeway over pass on the corner of 15th street and San Bruno. this spot is one of my favorites you just gotta be aware of the sketchy crackheads that live under that over pass. rule number 1 keep one eye on the back pack at all times.
